President Bola Tinubu met with Anders Holch Povlsen, Denmark’s richest man and CEO of Bestseller, at the State House in Abuja on October 28, 2025, as part of efforts to attract foreign investment.
The meeting, which included the Danish Ambassador to Nigeria, Jens Hansen, and other senior officials, aimed to strengthen economic ties between Nigeria and Denmark.
Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, highlighted the meeting’s importance on social media.
Meanwhile, Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Jumoke Oduwole, reported that President Tinubu’s international trips have resulted in proposed investments exceeding $50.8 billion, reflecting the administration’s commitment to enhancing Nigeria’s economic landscape and creating opportunities for citizens.
