The Progressive Next Generation Initiative (PNGI) has welcomed Senator Benson Agadaga, representing Bayelsa East Senatorial District, to the All Progressives Congress (APC). In a statement signed by the Director of Media, Press and Publicity, Hon. Mathias Zadok, PNGI described Agadaga as “a patriot, visionary leader, and dependable partner in the task of building the Progressive Next Generation Initiative.”
The group commended Agadaga’s remarkable contributions to youth development, women empowerment, good governance, and national progress. “Senator Agadaga’s various empowerment initiatives, skill acquisition programs, medical outreaches, and developmental projects through his NGO have continued to positively impact the lives of Bayelsa youths and women,” the statement added.
PNGI Convener, Hon. Jeffery Omoh Ozemegwa, expressed confidence that Agadaga’s entry into the APC would further strengthen the party’s presence in Bayelsa State and deepen the spirit of inclusive leadership. “The Next Generation welcomes you to the All Progressives Congress. We celebrate this long-awaited movement as a great step toward a brighter future for the people of Bayelsa,” Ozemegwa stated.
Ozemegwa reaffirmed PNGI’s mission as a data-driven, research-based, and advocacy-oriented platform within the APC, committed to advancing transparency, accountability, and informed political participation in support of the Renewed Hope Agenda of the present administration. “On behalf of the Convener, Chairman, Leadership, and Members nationwide, PNGI warmly welcomes Senator Benson Agadaga to the biggest and most progressive party in Africa, the All Progressives Congress (APC),” he said.
