EDO GOVERNOR MONDAY OKPEBHOLO CELEBRATES MINISTER ABUBAKAR MOMOH ON HIS BIRTHDAY

Abuja – In a press release issued on Thursday, the Executive Governor of Edo State, His Excellency Senator Monday Okpebholo, extended his heartfelt felicitations to the Honourable Minister of Regional Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, on the occasion of his birthday. The statement, numbered PRESS RELEASE NO.248/EDSGH/2025 and emanating from the Office of the Governor, was signed by Chief Press Secretary Fred Itua.

Governor Okpebholo described Engr. Momoh as a distinguished statesman, a committed son of Edo State and a dedicated public servant. “On behalf of the government and the good people of Edo State, I celebrate a resourceful leader, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, as he marks his birthday today,” the Governor said.

The Governor highlighted Momoh’s contributions in his current ministerial role, noting that he has brought a wealth of experience to bear, significantly advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He also recalled Momoh’s tenure as a former member of the House of Representatives, representing Etsako Federal Constituency, where he set a high standard for legislative excellence and grassroots engagement. “He remains a pillar of strength and a source of inspiration for our people in Edo North and the entire state,” the statement added.

Concluding the message, the Governor prayed for Momoh’s continued good health, wisdom and strength. “We pray that the Almighty grants him many more years in good health, wisdom, and strength to continue his invaluable service to our state and the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” the release stated.
