GOVERNOR OBOREVWORI LAUDS HIGH CHIEF MATT OFFEH ON 60TH BIRTHDAY
Asaba, Delta State – Delta State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, has extended warm felicitations to High Chief Dr. Matt Offeh, the Eni 1 of Irri Kingdom, on the occasion of his 60th birth anniversary.
