Transcorp Hilton Abuja Clarifies Temporary Water Supply Disruption, Confirms Full Restoration

Transcorp Hilton Abuja has addressed recent reports circulating regarding water supply at the hotel, confirming there was a one-day disruption caused by emergency maintenance works by the Federal Capital Territory Water Board.

In a statement signed by General Manager Martin Zarybnicky, the hotel said the disruption resulted from emergency maintenance works by the Federal Capital Territory Water Board which commenced on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

In response, hotel management promptly implemented contingency measures to ensure continued water availability, maintaining guest comfort and uninterrupted service throughout the maintenance period.

Zarybnicky further clarified that, contrary to false and misleading social media reports, water supply was fully restored on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

Since then, the hotel has maintained consistent and uninterrupted water supply and continues to operate at full capacity across all outlets.

Zarybnicky said the hotel appreciates the understanding and support of guests and stakeholders. He added that Transcorp Hilton Abuja remains committed to delivering the highest standards of hospitality and guest experience.
