The Celestrial Deliverance Church of Christ, CDCC Worldwide, has announced that Celestial Church of Christ CCC – Arena of Power in Benin City is now a bona fide member of CDCC Worldwide.
In an official statement released by the CDCC Media and Legal Department under the instruction of Rev. Prophet Dr. Hungbenu Michael Olusegun, Founder and General Overseer of CDCC Worldwide, the church said the development is to officially clear the air and inform the general public in Edo State and Benin City.
The church will now be known as CDCC Arena of Power and will serve as the CDCC Edo Benin Province Headquarters.
Senior Evangelist Kehinde James Edafe has also been appointed as the CDCC Edo Benin Province Headquarters Coordinator. He will now be addressed as Senior Special Apostle Prophet Dr. Kehinde James Edafe with full authority of Celestrial Deliverance Church of Christ CDCC Worldwide.
According to the statement, Celestrial Deliverance Church of Christ, also known as Celestrial Church of God, was established by God Almighty. “The authority of the holy spirit, church was given to Rev. Prophet Dr. Hungbenu Michael Olusegun through our Lord Jesus Christ to set people free from all forms of religious bondage,” the statement said.
The church listed its mission to include preaching unity among all Christians, unity among all nations and tribes, respecting every culture, and setting the captives free to bring total freedom.
“Our Stand: CDCC is not against any Christian denomination. We believe we are part of every Bible-believing church. We do not discriminate. To all White Garment Churches and to all Churches in the world: Our doors are open to all 24/7. There must be no evil word or fight against the Holy Spirit,” the church stated, referencing Ephesians 4:29, Colossians 4:6 and Matthew 12:36-37.
The church added that CDCC is no longer new in Edo State and Benin City, describing it as “a church of total freedom that delivers you from every bondage.”
As part of its activities, CDCC Arena of Power in conjunction with the CDCC Evangelism Committee WW and El Berachah El Elyon Crusades will host a One Day Prophetic Fire Night with the theme “RECOVERY IT ALL.”
The programme is scheduled for Friday, 31st July 2026 at CDCC Arena of Power, Opposite Iduarise Market, Old Road, Close to MTN Mast, Eyean, Benin City. The church said attendees should expect divine encounter, prophetic ministration, healing, deliverance and recovery of all that has been lost.
