OSOGBO, Osun State — The Accord Party on Sunday, August 2, 2026, embarked on a house-to-house campaign in the Alekuwodo area of Osogbo ahead of the August 15 governorship election.
The campaign commenced at about 2:00 p.m., starting from Adefarati Street and moving through Akinlade Street, Adewuyi Street, Mueje Street, Igbalaye Street, Okefia Road, Peter Ajibola Street, Odofin Street and Adewale Street before concluding at Adefarati Street.
The exercise was coordinated by Mr. Afolabi Kolawole, who led the entire campaign team.
At every location visited by the campaign team, many residents came out to welcome them and expressed their support. According to the residents, they have resolved to cast their votes for Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke in the Osun State governorship election scheduled for August 15, 2026.
The residents stated that the developmental projects executed by Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke in their community had convinced them to support him again as the Accord Party’s governorship candidate.
They also expressed confidence that, by the grace and help of Almighty God, Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke would emerge victorious in the August 15, 2026 governorship election.
The exercise concluded with prayers, asking Almighty God, the Creator of heaven and earth, to grant success to their aspirations.
