COMMISSIONER MAIYAKI CELEBRATES GOVERNO UBA SANI’S 55TH BIRTHDAY, PRAISES VISIONARY LEADERSHIP

Kaduna State Commissioner for Information, Maiyaki Ahmed, celebrated Governor Uba Sani’s 55th birthday, describing him as a visionary leader whose impact resonates across the community. “His dedication, wisdom, and unwavering commitment continue to inspire all around him,” Ahmed said.

Ahmed highlighted Sani’s methodical governance, anchored on institutional reform, inclusion, and political maturity. Under Sani, Kaduna restored Ministries of Information, Women Affairs, and Youth Affairs, and created the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs. Achievements include banking 2.5 million residents, free transport schemes benefiting 1.4 million commuters, and healthcare reforms upgrading 255 Primary Healthcare Centres.

President Bola Tinubu also praised Sani, saying his inclusive governance “healed ethnic and religious divisions, restored trust, and laid foundations for sustainable development” in Kaduna. Sani’s efforts revived agriculture in Birni Gwari, boosting farming and commerce.
